play Getafe it brings back memories of the amazing goal scored by Leo Messi in April 2007.

Barça's game next weekend in Huelva against Recreativo has been set for Sunday evening (November 16th) with a 9pm kick off time. Last
season we only managed a 2-2 draw in the corresponding fixture. I was just looking back at this blog's report of the match and it is interesting to read the comments at the time. Last

I don't know about you but I have to say I'm getting a bit fed up of so many Saturday night games. The LFP have announced that next week's game with Valladolid will take place at 10pm local time on Saturday night. Barça will start the game knowing the result of Real Madrid who play Malaga at the
Bernabeu at 8pm. Last season Barça beat Valladolid 4-1 with two goals from Bojan Krkic in what was probably his best game for Barça. Click here for my report on last season's match.

The LFP have announced the kick off times for Jornada 9 and as expected Barça are again playing on Saturday night due to having a Champions League game with Basle the following Tuesday. The
game with Malaga at La Rosaleda will kick off at 8pm local time. Malaga are newly promoted and last played in the Primera in 2005/2006. Barça's
last game in Malaga was a 0-0 draw in March 2006.

The LFP have given the kick off times for next weekend's games and our home game with Almeria has been set for Saturday 25th at 10pm local time.
Last season we also played Almeria at the end of October and won the game 2-0 with goals from Thierry Henry and Leo Messi (click here for full

off time has been set for 8pm local time on Wednesday 24th September, which coincides with the end of the La Merce fiestas in the city. If you ever plan to visit Barcelona I highly
recommend that you come for these fiestas. The following Saturday Barça are away to Espanyol in the city's derby match. The kick off has been set
for 10pm which means it will been shown live on Spanish TV channel La Sexta as well as on Catalunya's TV3.

The LFP have announced the kick off times for Jornada 3 and Barça's game at Sporting Gijon will be the last game of the weekend, kicking
off at 9pm local time on Sunday 21st. Real Madrid's game at Racing Santander will be finish just before Barça's game begins.
Please don't confuse Sporting Lisbon with Sporting Gijon. Sporting Lisbon are playing us at Camp Nou on Tuesday 16th in the Champions League.
